We are delighted to invite you to the National Information Day on the Innovation Fund, taking place on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, in Belpaire building – Boulevard Simon Bolivar 17- 1000 Brussels.
This event will bring together key stakeholders from industry, research, and public authorities to discuss opportunities under the Innovation Fund, one of Europe’s most ambitious programs for supporting innovation in clean technologies.
We are honored to announce the participation of representatives from from DG CLIMATE ACTION of the European Commission and CINEA (European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency), who will provide valuable insights into the fund’s objectives, application process, and upcoming calls for proposals.
Additionally, we will welcome actors behind success stories from Wallonia and Flanders, who will share their experiences and best practices in leveraging the Innovation Fund to achieve remarkable results.

PART 3 : Networking and/or Dialogue sessions

– 2.00 pm – 6.00 pm – Dialogue orientation sessions with CINEA
In the afternoon, participants will have the unique opportunity to join one-on-one dialogue sessions with representatives of the European Commission. These sessions are ideal for discussing your project ideas or seeking tailored guidance. The dialogue session can be conducted in either Dutch, French or English.
Please note: Appointments are mandatory for these sessions and must be booked in advance. If you want to schedule an appointment, please indicate so in the registration form.
Please note that projects applying for these bilateral sessions need to be sufficiently mature and be looking to apply preferably in the IF24 call or next Innovation Fund call. The organizers will contact participants afterwards to ensure this condition is fulfilled.
Please note that the organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual or organization to the different parts of the Infoday.
Please note that all presentations will be delivered in English to ensure broad accessibility to participants from diverse backgrounds.
